Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Union Payroll Specialist will process union payroll, reconcile hours worked, and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process union payroll and reconcile hours worked for construction workforce
- Calculate union fringe benefits and verify wage rates in accordance with union contracts
- Collaborate with field teams, project staff, and labor unions to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of payroll process experience, preferably in union payroll
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft O365
- Familiarity with certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements
- Valid driver's license may be required for certain tasks
