Job Summary

Leading a team of 6+ employees, the full-time remote Unit Manager, Life Insurance will supervise operations, provide coaching and development, and ensure compliance while achieving performance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to team members
• Manage daily workflow to meet Service Level Agreements and staffing recommendations
• Oversee training and development, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Previous supervisory and customer service experience required
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership potential, including training and mentoring capabilities
• Previous experience in an operations environment preferred
