Job Summary

A company is looking for a Unit Manager, Stop Loss RFP Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 8+ employees to meet performance objectives
• Manage daily workflow to meet Service Level Agreements and oversee training and development
• Resolve customer and partner inquiries and ensure compliance with operational standards

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Previous supervisory and customer service experience
• Strong leadership potential with the ability to train and mentor
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in an operations environment is preferred
