Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Associate, Universal Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Enrollment Experience processes, guiding teams and stakeholders
• Provide expert support on complex enrollment scenarios and collaborate across departments to resolve issues
• Lead training and coaching for new hires and frontline staff to promote skill development and technology adoption

Required Qualifications

• Experience in application or enrollment support in a high-volume customer-facing environment
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Suite, and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to work remotely with adherence to home office policies
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
