Job Summary

A company is looking for a Universal Agent Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess beneficiaries to identify medical, physical, and psychosocial needs
  • Process referrals and ensure accurate entry into the medical management system
  • Resolve issues and discrepancies to maintain quality compliance and service levels
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • 2+ years of experience in a health care customer service environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
  • Managed Care or TRICARE experience (preferred)
