Job Summary

A company is looking for a Universal Sales Care Representative to work in an inside sales role, selling and supporting dental savings plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify consumer needs and recommend appropriate dental savings plans
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance goals in a high-performing sales environment
• Educate consumers on product features and manage the enrollment process through inbound and outbound calls

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of call center sales experience
• High-energy personality with a strong sales orientation
• Ability to exceed sales quotas and performance metrics consistently
• Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) or multilingual is a plus
