Universal Sales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Universal Sales Representative to work in an inside sales role, selling and supporting dental savings plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify consumer needs and recommend appropriate dental savings plans
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance goals in a high-performing environment
• Educate consumers on plan features, benefits, and the enrollment process while documenting all call information

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Call Center Sales experience
• High-energy personality with a passion for helping others
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) or multilingual is a plus
• Ability to work a regular 40-hour schedule with potential overtime during high-volume periods
