Job Summary

To design and scale the Clasp University Network, the full-time remote University Network Manager will develop long-term strategies, manage strategic partnerships, and lead a team to enhance outreach effectiveness in the education and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the Clasp University Network
• Lead and coach outreach professionals to improve partnership development and engagement
• Monitor partnership performance and application conversion metrics for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in building strategic partnerships within higher education or workforce development
• Proven ability to develop scalable systems and operating models
• Strong leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development
• Excellent relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders and institutional partners
• Experience leveraging CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
