Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify early talent hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
• Plan, execute, and attend on-campus and virtual recruiting events
• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for campus recruiting across multiple functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related work experience in HR/Recruiting
• Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn and Workday
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for early talent development
