Job Summary
Supporting Engineering hiring teams, the contract University Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical intern and new grad candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Advise and partner with managers and directors in the Engineering organization
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing for early career technical candidates
- Collaborate with the University Recruiting Team on team matching and allocation
Required qualifications
- Experience partnering with senior engineering leaders as a talent advisor
- Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early career technical candidates
- Focus on efficient recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool
- Familiarity with using AI for productivity and recruiting programs
- Ability to manage high volume while maintaining data integrity
