Job Summary

A company is looking for a University Team Lead for their remote United States operations and support team.

Responsibilities:

Assist University operations manager(s) with various operational tasks
Represent and be a part of the operations management team
Ability to offer training and daily support to University advisors

Requirements:

5 years+ reservation experience as a travel advisor
Specific experience in University Travel and Worldspan
Interest in a possible career path to operations management
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with limited oversight
