Job Summary

A company is looking for a UNIX/Linux System Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Administer UNIX/Linux servers to ensure availability, performance, and stability
Perform regular patching, hardening, and automated deployments of UNIX/Linux systems
Provide troubleshooting and operational support for UNIX/Linux server incidents

Required Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
U.S. citizenship without dual citizenship
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in UNIX/Linux administration, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification or equivalent within 180 days of hire
Experience with server imaging, patching, hardening, and basic troubleshooting in virtualized environments
