Unlicensed EAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Unlicensed, Masters-Level EAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral Health
• Conduct assessment and triage, providing short-term problem resolution, authorization, and referrals for callers
• Provide solution-focused consultation and update clinical notes in the care management database

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• 3+ years of clinical experience post-master's degree
• 2+ years of experience using Windows PCs and navigating multiple systems
• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace and access to high-speed internet
• Residency in California
