Unlicensed EAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Unlicensed, Masters-Level EAP Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral Health
• Conduct assessment and triage, and provide short-term problem resolution, authorization, and referrals for callers
• Provide solution-focused consultation to assist members with issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
• 3+ years of clinical experience in mental health/behavioral health, post-master's degree
• 2+ years of experience using Windows PCs, including typing and navigating multiple systems
• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace and access to high-speed internet at home
• Reside in California
