Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the Unrepresented Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate complex automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, and negotiate claims within established authority levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and manages complex cases accordingly
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to adjust claims
• Handles investigations of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence in decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling injury claims within a casualty unit
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
• Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of auto insurance policies and claims processes
• Located in the EST, CST, or MST time zones
