Updates Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Updates Writer to join their ecommerce editorial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write strategic updates and optimize top-performing content in assigned categories
• Identify areas for improvement in published content in collaboration with the senior updates editor
• Implement SEO best practices while ensuring a positive reader experience

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience writing content in consumer fashion, beauty, and/or travel categories
• Firm understanding of SEO best practices and ability to optimize for conversion and search
• Basic understanding of commerce KPIs to gauge success and identify improvement areas
• Experience in product testing within fashion, beauty, and/or travel (preferred)
• Familiarity with data and insights tools such as Looker, Google Ads, and SEMRush (preferred)
