Upsell Optimization Planner

Job Summary

Supporting the placement of upsells for both scripted and non-scripted items, the full-time remote Upsell Optimization Planner will collaborate with multiple planning teams to achieve financial goals and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Determine appropriate upsell item types for various products
• Utilize internal reports to identify potential upsells and advocate for increased attachment rates
• Monitor sales results and advise on calendar adjustments across all channels

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail planning, merchandising, or marketing
• At least 1 year of experience in analytics, including proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of apparel and jewelry trends
