Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and partnerships
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding support
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and project timelines for upstream positions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume staffing experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and ATS platforms
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy, and/or Skilled Trades industries
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines
• Flexible availability for maintaining relationships with candidates
