Upstream Oil and Gas Sourcer

Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Upstream Oil and Gas Sourcer will identify, attract, and hire top talent for upstream oil and gas roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and partnerships
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding support
• Stay informed about industry trends and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume staffing experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and ATS platforms
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy, and/or Skilled Trades industries
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines
• Proven relationship-building skills through various communication methods
