Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Urgent Care Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage data-driven clinical staffing models to balance clinician availability and patient demand
• Oversee the continuous improvement of clinician scheduling practices and manage the clinician liaison team against annual KPIs
• Develop staffing and resource plans while partnering with relevant teams and managing multi-state clinical licensing strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical workforce management
• Proven ability to use data analytics for staffing and performance decisions
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
• Experience with Workforce Management systems and tools
