Job Summary
Driving strategic business expansion, the full-time Urology Account Executive will manage relationships with major urology groups and clinics, develop comprehensive business plans, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve company goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive collaboration opportunities with major urology practices and key opinion leaders within the territory
- Structure strategic plans for client acquisition and retention, maximizing contracting opportunities
- Analyze competitive landscapes and monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met
Required qualifications:
- Experience in consultative selling processes, particularly at the executive level
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and the oncology reimbursement environment
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive business plans
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Familiarity with Tempus's sequencing technology and integrated MolDx/SaaS solutions
