Job Summary

Driving strategic business expansion, the full-time Urology Account Executive will manage relationships with major urology groups and clinics, develop comprehensive business plans, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve company goals in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic collaboration opportunities with major urology practices and key opinion leaders
  • Structure detailed plans for client acquisition and retention while maximizing contracting opportunities
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met
Required qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
  • Experience in consultative selling at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO)
  • Ability to engage clients with integrated MolDx/SaaS solutions using sequencing technology
  • Knowledge of the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology and diagnostics
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
