Job Summary
Driving strategic business expansion, the full-time Urology Account Executive will manage relationships with major urology groups and academic medical centers in Texas, while developing comprehensive business plans and collaborating with sales teams to achieve company objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive collaboration opportunities with major urology practices and key opinion leaders within the territory
- Develop and implement strategic plans for client acquisition and retention, including laboratory services agreements
- Analyze competitive landscape and monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met
Required qualifications:
- Experience in consultative selling processes, particularly at the executive level
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and the oncology reimbursement environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Proven track record in developing strategic business plans
- Familiarity with Tempus's sequencing technology and integrated solutions
