Job Summary

To drive strategic business expansion in the urology sector, the full-time Urology Account Executive will manage relationships with major urology groups and academic medical centers, implement laboratory service agreements, and develop comprehensive business plans while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major urology groups and clinics
  • Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful attainment of company goals and objectives
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in consultative selling processes and engaging with executive-level clients
  • Strong understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology and diagnostics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with critical deadlines
  • Knowledge of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive business plans
