Job Summary
To drive strategic business expansion in the urology sector, the full-time Urology Account Executive will collaborate with major urology groups and clinics, structure detailed strategic plans, and promote compliance with molecular information tools while working remotely from Texas.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive collaboration opportunities with major urology groups, KOLs, and AMCs within the territory
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for territory management, including budgets and goal setting
- Analyze competitive landscape and monitor sales performance to ensure objectives are met
Required qualifications:
- Experience in consultative selling at the executive level (CEO, COO, CFO)
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology and the competitive landscape
- Ability to engage with clients and provide integrated solutions using sequencing technology
- Knowledge of the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology and diagnostics
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
