Seeking a full-time Urology Billing Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, assist patients and insurance providers with billing inquiries, and resolve claims issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume phone calls to address billing inquiries and account resolutions for patients and insurance providers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining medical billing statements and resolving billing discrepancies
  • Document customer interactions and collaborate with insurance companies to ensure timely claim processing
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of recent work history in a relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (any field) is preferred
  • Prior work experience in healthcare or health insurance is desirable
