Key Responsibilities

• Engage in business development, presenting to clients to achieve sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage resource allocation and budgets, while leading internal teams to execute programs effectively
• Identify and design service offerings that meet industry partner needs and enhance client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device market, with over 5 years in a relevant specialty
• Knowledge of healthcare industry functional departments
• Expertise in the Urology/Uro-Oncology marketplace with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
• Experience leading teams and driving initiatives to successful completion
