Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor, Outbound Operations - Urology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of outbound call center agents to meet performance targets
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the outbound dialer function and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and implement corrective action plans as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in an outbound call center
  • Experience managing or utilizing an outbound dialer system effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements
  • Proven track record of achieving team performance metrics
