Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor, Outbound Operations - Urology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound call center agents to meet performance targets
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the outbound dialer function and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and implement corrective action plans as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment
- 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in an outbound call center
- Experience managing or utilizing an outbound dialer system effectively
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements
- Proven track record of achieving team performance metrics
