Urology Customer Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Representative - Urology.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls daily
• Update account information and follow up on necessary paperwork with doctor's offices
• Place resupply orders and troubleshoot equipment problems for patients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of call center experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and type 40+ words per minute with accuracy
• Knowledge of insurance types and DME supplies is a plus
