Urology Customer Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Account Representative - Urology - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Update account information and place resupply orders for patients
• Research insurance requirements and troubleshoot equipment problems

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of call center experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and type 40+ words per minute with accuracy
• Knowledge of insurance types such as Medicare and Medicaid is a plus
