Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, the full-time Urology Customer Account Representative will manage high-volume phone calls, update account information, and coordinate necessary paperwork, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls daily
- Update patient account information and place resupply orders for incontinence supplies and catheters
- Research insurance requirements and troubleshoot equipment problems
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- 1 year of call center experience preferred
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute with accuracy
- Knowledge of different types of insurance, such as Medicare and Medicaid, is a plus
