Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Urology Customer Account Representative will deliver exceptional patient support by managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, assisting with insurance inquiries, and coordinating care with physician offices in a fast-paced, remote call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing patient inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
- Review and process patient documentation to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and coordinate with physician offices
- Maintain accurate documentation while navigating multiple software applications and meeting performance expectations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with accuracy
- Proficiency with Google Suite and strong computer skills
- One year of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance is a plus
