Job Summary

Seeking a Urology Operations Manager, the full-time hybrid role will lead and develop operational teams, focusing on coaching leaders, driving accountability, and enhancing team performance in a rapidly growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop frontline leaders and supervisors to ensure operational performance
• Oversee performance management cycles, including coaching and performance reviews
• Foster a positive culture while reinforcing accountability and operational consistency across teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience leading operational teams, preferably with frontline leaders
• Proven experience in coaching leaders on accountability and performance management
• Strong communication skills with experience in conflict resolution
• Ability to support organizational scalability during periods of growth or change
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
