Urology Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

To support crucial operational initiatives within the Urology business, the full-time Urology Operations Program Manager will coordinate efforts across multiple teams, drive project execution, and ensure stakeholder alignment while working remotely with occasional travel to Asheville, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to translate business priorities into actionable execution plans
• Serve as a central point of coordination across Operations, Call Center, Billing, and Customer Experience teams
• Develop and maintain project plans, proactively identifying risks and recommending process improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, or operations leadership
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Experience driving projects from planning through execution in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with project documentation and collaboration tools
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
