Job Summary
To support a growing Customer Experience team, the full-time remote US Benefits Administration Support Engineer will manage complex customer escalations, develop expertise in benefits administration, and troubleshoot technical issues related to HiBob's Benefits Administration product.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the highest level of support for Benefits Administration-related issues, investigating and resolving complex customer challenges
- Develop deep expertise in HiBob's Benefits Administration offering and guide customers on best practices during Open Enrollment and life events
- Analyze system behavior and perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Benefits Administration and/or HR Technology
- Strong knowledge of US benefits administration processes, including eligibility, enrollments, and carrier interactions
- Experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
