US Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting US locations, the full-time HR Benefits Analyst will provide end-to-end benefits administration for approximately 8,000 employees, ensuring accurate enrollments, assisting with new-hire orientations, and managing employee inquiries in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments in HRIS and assist with new-hire orientations
• Provide employee support on benefits claims, plan changes, and enrollment inquiries
• Process leave-of-absence requests and manage the annual Open Enrollment process

Required qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR benefits administration, preferably supporting US benefits
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits administration and applicable US laws/regulations
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and ERISA compliance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/benefits systems
