Job Summary
Supporting US locations, the full-time HR Benefits Analyst will provide end-to-end benefits administration for approximately 8,000 employees, ensuring accurate enrollments, assisting with new-hire orientations, and managing employee inquiries in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments in HRIS and assist with new-hire orientations
- Provide employee support on benefits claims, plan changes, and enrollment inquiries
- Process leave-of-absence requests and manage the annual Open Enrollment process
Required qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR benefits administration, preferably supporting US benefits
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits administration and applicable US laws/regulations
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and ERISA compliance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/benefits systems
