US Benefits Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Benefits Manager who will lead the US healthcare strategy and manage the delivery of benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the US healthcare strategy in alignment with company goals and budget
• Manage benefit offerings to attract and retain talent while controlling costs
• Oversee US Open Enrollment and manage the 401(k) retirement program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of Benefits or related business experience
• Advanced knowledge of Workday, including benefits plan configuration
• Experience with Fidelity's PSW 401(k) platform preferred
• Previous experience with payroll systems preferred
