Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Benefits Manager to implement and manage comprehensive benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and administer competitive benefits programs
  • Analyze benefits data and trends to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to align benefits programs with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits management, preferably in a large organization
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday HRIS
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS are a plus
