Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, U.S. Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a benefits strategy that aligns with the organization's growth and competitive landscape
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the benefits budget, ensuring optimal service delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage the execution of the Open Enrollment process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; CEBS designation preferred
- 10+ years of experience in benefits administration, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role
- Deep knowledge of U.S. federal and state benefits regulations and qualified benefit plans
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills; proficiency with HRIS/Benefits Management systems
- Experience managing 401(k) plan operations and vendor implementations
