Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Clinical Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Clinical Lead for clinical programs, contributing to strategic planning, protocol design, and execution
• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to advance development programs and inform corporate decision-making
• Lead the development of key regulatory documents and represent the clinical program in health authority interactions

Required Qualifications

• M.D. (U.S. board-certified) with subspecialty training or experience in Nephrology or Rheumatology/Immunology preferred
• 4+ years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or academic research setting
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial design, data analysis, and interpretation in late-stage development
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment
• High integrity and sound judgment with a passion for advancing transformative therapies
