Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSA Officer responsible for the design and administration of the firm's BSA/AML compliance program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the firm's AML/BSA program and maintain a risk-based AML framework
  • Oversee suspicious activity monitoring, regulatory reporting, and financial crime investigations
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulators and provide periodic reporting to senior management and the Board
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field; advanced degrees or compliance certifications preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in AML/BSA or financial crime compliance within financial services or fintech
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. BSA/AML regulations and financial crime compliance frameworks
  • Experience in designing and maintaining AML programs and overseeing transaction monitoring
  • Ability to collaborate across business functions and manage teams responsible for KYC and regulatory reporting
