US Chief Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage BSA/AML compliance programs, ensuring adherence to FinCEN and the Bank Secrecy Act
• Oversee Money Transmitter License management and maintain relationships with state regulators
• Build and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs for the US entity

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of compliance experience in financial services, particularly in US MSB or fintech
• In-depth knowledge of FinCEN BSA/AML requirements and state Money Transmitter Licensing
• Experience managing MTL portfolios and direct engagement with regulators
• Bachelor's degree required; JD, CAMS, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Proven ability to build compliance programs in growth-stage environments
