US Citizen VIP Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the manager in overseeing daily operations, the full-time Associate Manager VIP Operations will ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency for a high-touch VIP travel team while providing leadership to travel consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of agents booking travel requests, ensuring excellent customer service
• Assist in day-to-day operations, including monitoring call volume and preparing payroll activities
• Oversee itinerary verification and resolve client and agent issues promptly

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 5 years of travel consultant experience, preferably with VIP clients
• Strong knowledge of Sabre GDS; Amadeus knowledge is a plus
• Experience as a team lead or mentor required
• Working knowledge of Fly America Open Skies and federal travel regulations
