• Lead hiring and training efforts for the US ClinOps team while ensuring integration with UK operations

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in clinical trials with a focus on project implementation
• Experience with a variety of clinical trials and a deep understanding of FDA/GCP requirements
• Proven track record of growing high-performing teams
• Familiarity with innovative trial technology
• Experience with international trial implementation is desirable
