Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant US Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the US accounting team, including mentoring and identifying training opportunities
• Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
• Lead process improvement initiatives and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation
• 5 years or more of related experience in accounting
• 3 years or more experience leading and managing an accounting team
• Public accounting experience is strongly preferred
