Required Qualifications

• Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or with a top-tier firm serving tech clients
• J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
• Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
• Strong understanding of data privacy laws and commercial contracts
• M&A experience preferred
