U.S. Customs Broker Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing consulting practice, the full-time remote U.S. Customs Broker Supervisor will oversee Trade Advisors throughout project lifecycles, providing technical guidance, managing client engagements, and driving business development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Trade Advisors, ensuring high-quality project execution and deliverables
• Manage complex consulting engagements, including audits and compliance program development, while maintaining client satisfaction
• Review and approve project deliverables to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customs brokerage or trade compliance
• Valid U.S. Customs Broker License required; CCS certification preferred
• Proven experience in leading and developing trade compliance professionals
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
