U.S. Customs Brokerage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a U.S. Customs Brokerage Specialist (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate U.S. Customs entries and manage clearances for various commodities
• Assist with Partner Government Agency (PGA) filings and ensure compliance with CBP regulations
• Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve clearance delays or compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in U.S. Customs brokerage or import operations
• Experience preparing and filing CBP entries in ACE
• Understanding of HTS classification, valuation, and duty calculations
• Strong knowledge of import compliance and customs documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and brokerage/entry software
