Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Entry Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and submit customs entries accurately and in a timely manner
• Review documentation for completeness and compliance with US Customs regulations
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers to resolve issues and facilitate timely shipment clearance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or ecommerce operations (parcel-level preferred)
• Familiarity with US Customs procedures and entry types (e.g., Section 321, informal, formal entries)
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using brokerage or logistics platforms and Excel/Google Sheets
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a remote setting
• Must reside and work from within the United States
