U.S. Customs Compliance Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Trade Compliance Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and act as the primary contact for customs clearance
• File entries through the Automated Broker Interface (ABI) and supervise classification processes for compliant imports/exports
• Conduct compliance audits and coordinate shipment releases with customs and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Customs Broker License or CCS/CES certification with experience in Duty Drawback program setup
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in trade compliance, focusing on duty drawback
• Solid knowledge of Import/Export Regulations and Product Classification
• Proven expertise in U.S. import/export procedures and regulatory environments
• Strong working knowledge of ACE, ABI systems, and classification tools
